1. On Your Back, Arms at Sides
Sleeping on your back with your arms at your side is generally considered to be the best sleeping position for spine health and its good for your neck as long as you dont use too many pillows. Sleep on your back and you will tend to Snore more than any other sleeping position.
2. On Your Back, Arms up
This position is also good for your back, sleeping on your back also helps prevent facial wrinkles and skin breakouts. This position can also result in snoring problems, acid reflux and shoulder pain as having your arms up can put pressure on your shoulders.
3. Face Down
The Positive for sleeping face down is that it can improve digestion but it means you will have to tilt your face in order to breathe thereby putting a lot of strain on the neck. Sleeping face down can also cause back pain.
4. Fetal Position

5. On Your Sides
This Position can help reduce back and neck pain but the downside can be skin aging , facial wrinkles and sagging breasts.
6. Sleeping on the Right Side or Left Side
Doctors advices Pregnant women to sleep on the left side as this can improve circulation to the fetus. While sleeping on the right side can put on strain on the liver, lungs and stomanch and worsen heartburn.
7. Pillow Supplemented
Whichever sleeping position you choose or prefer, you will likely get a better night's rest with less pain by sleeping with a pillow. Back sleepers can put a small pillow under the arch of their spine, Side sleepers can place a pillow between their knees and Stomach sleepers can place a pillow under their hips to support the joints and allow for pain -free relaxation.
